July ‘25 Favourites
A little round-up of the things I’ve been loving this month — from tech to snacks to beauty finds.
Food & Drinks 🍓
Zevia: “naturally delicious without the artificial ingredients you're afraid to google.”
I have tried 3 of their flavours: Creamy Root Beer, Cola and Cream Soda. The Creamy Root Beer is the one I continue to repurchase. I like the Cream soda one, but I cannot stand the Cola one.
Drizzilicious: “Enhanced with quinoa, chia, rice, flax, and expertly popped. This perfectly drizzled treat unlocks the true potential of a standard rice cake.”
I have tried 5 of their flavours: S’mores, Very Berry, Cinnamon Swirl, Salted Caramel and Maple French Toast. They all tie for first place except for Very Berry, which I think is meh. My friend recommended the Birthday Cake flavour, but I haven’t been able to find that one yet.

The Reservoir Lounge
My friend and I checked out The Reservoir Lounge at 52 Wellington St E, Toronto, and it did not disappoint. The food was incredible — they had half-priced oysters, so of course we had to start with an order. We each went for a pizza (both were amazing) and sipped on some fun, creative drinks.
The atmosphere was just perfect — dim lighting, candles glowing on every table, and a cozy little dance spot right in front of the stage. The live band was phenomenal and really brought the place to life.
There’s a $10 cover at the door, but honestly? Totally worth every penny. If you’re looking for great food, amazing vibes, and live music you can actually dance to, this is the spot.

Leisure 🎨
JAM Sports
I joined a beach dodgeball league through Jam Sports this summer, and it’s been such a boost for my mental health. It’s been great meeting new people and bringing back an old-school classic in the best way. The vibe is super relaxed — not overly competitive — but let me tell you, playing in the sand is way more of a workout than I expected. It’s the perfect excuse to be outside, stay active, and soak up the sunshine while the warm weather lasts.

Toronto Bike Share
I’ve lived in Toronto for three years, but only recently started using Toronto’s Bike Share — and wow, I’ve been missing out. They’re so convenient, relatively inexpensive, and ridiculously easy to use. With docks almost everywhere, you can pick up or drop off a bike without much planning. My only tip? Check the app before you head to a dock to make sure there’s a bike (or an open spot) available. It’ll save you time, energy… and maybe a few muttered words under your breath. 🚲
Beauty 💄
Ruby & Millie Jelly Tints Lip and Cheek Stains, Flame Bliss, 2-Pack
I’m a sucker for a good dupe, and while I haven’t tried the original Milk Makeup Jelly Blush, this Giant Tiger version is so good. For a pack of two, it’s only $12 — compared to one Milk Makeup blush at $36! The tint is gorgeous, lasts all day, and honestly? 10/10, no notes. 💖

Sally Hansen - Miracle Gel™ - Tidal Wave
I’ve been obsessed with Sally Hansen’s Tidal Wave nail polish all summer.
The colour is such a vibrant, feel-good blue, and I get compliments on it constantly. It pairs perfectly with a summer tan and instantly makes any outfit pop. One of my go-to shades of the season. 💅☀️
Tech 💻
AirPods Max - Blue
I never thought I’d splurge on a pair of AirPods Max because, let’s be honest, they’re pricey. I used to have a pair of Beats and loved them, but the noise cancellation on these is next level. Plus, it’s super convenient that they use the same charger I already carry for my other devices. Honestly, they’ve completely changed my listening experience — worth every penny. 🎧✨
