A little round-up of the things I’ve been loving this month — from snacks to home finds.

Food & Drinks 🍓

Berry Delicious Summer Salad 🥗 🍓🫐

This salad is so tasty, light, and refreshing, basically summer in a bowl. It’s loaded with flavour and crunch thanks to red onion, kale, spring mix greens (use one or both, totally up to you!), walnuts, strawberries, blueberries, and feta.

The real star is the dressing:

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Whisk it all together and drizzle over your salad for the perfect sweet-tangy balance.

Boursin Dairy Free Cheese Spread Alternative 🧄

Let’s start with the lid on the Boursin Dairy-Free Cheese Spread Alternative game. changer. Say goodbye to fighting with flimsy foil that never seals properly and leaves a mess on your fingers. Now for the best part: the taste. It’s identical to the original Boursin, but completely dairy-free. Honestly, say less. Creamy, flavorful, and hassle-free packaging? This one’s a win all around.

My go-to Lazy Bruschetta Toast 🍞 🍅 🧄

Ridiculously simple but so good, I was eating it 2–3 times a week. \ All you need is:

  • 1–2 slices of bread

  • Tomatoes

  • Garlic

  • Salt + pepper

  • Parsley

  • Cottage cheese

  • Drizzle of balsamic glaze (or reduction)

Why I love it:

  • High protein → Cottage cheese packs in about 12–14g per ½ cup, which keeps you full.

  • Good carbs & fibre → Whole-grain bread + tomatoes = steady energy and digestion-friendly.

  • Healthy fats → Olive oil in the balsamic glaze and cottage cheese give balance.

  • Antioxidants & vitamins → Tomatoes, garlic, and parsley bring vitamin C, lycopene, and immunity-boosting benefits.

Fridge Magnets

I’ve been on a fridge magnet kick lately, and it’s become one of my favourite crafty hobbies. I’m such a DIY girlie and love anything artsy, and these are just so freaking cute. I ordered most of my supplies from Amazon: polymer clay, resin, and a resin lamp, then grabbed a pack of magnets from the dollar store.

I’ll scroll Pinterest or TikTok for inspo, then spend hours creating little designs. It’s honestly the most relaxing way to get lost in a project. The best part? Friends and family keep asking me to make them some too; they’ve been a total hit!

Sulphate-Free Moisture Shampoo & Conditioner For Hydrating Dry Hair

I was totally influenced by Vanilla Swirll on TikTok to try this Sulphate-Free Moisture Shampoo & Conditioner for Hydrating Dry Hair — and honestly, best decision ever. The formula is sulphate-free (so it won’t strip your hair), packed with hydrating ingredients, and designed specifically for dry or frizz-prone strands.

After just a couple of washes, my hair felt so soft, nourished, and hydrated. It gives that silky, smooth texture without weighing it down, and the shine it leaves behind is unreal. ✨ The fact that it’s gentle enough for daily use while still giving salon-like results makes it a total staple in my routine now.

Shoe Cabinet Storage with 2 Flip Drawers

I finally upgraded to a Shoe Cabinet Storage with 2 Flip Drawers (black, with metal legs), and it’s been such a game-changer. Having my shoes tucked neatly away instead of scattered by the door makes my entryway feel instantly cleaner. Plus, the cabinet gives me extra shelf space and a hidden little “junk drawer” where I can stash my keys, wallet, and all the everyday essentials I need to grab on my way out. Practical, stylish, and sanity-saving.

Bubble Cup

I picked up this bubble glass cup from Dollarama for around $4, and I’m obsessed. Did I need it? Absolutely not. But it’s so cute, surprisingly chic, and such an affordable little joy that I have zero regrets. Sometimes it’s the small, unnecessary finds that bring the most happiness.
